There is no denying that 2020 is proving to be a challenging year for many consultants, executive, and business coaches.

Some have scrambled to scale up quickly to meet unprecedented demand whilst others were forced to hunker down, protect the clients they had, and wait for the markets to bounce back.

With the gradual lifting of the lockdown, companies are now busy re-hashing their plans, restructuring, and slowly bringing their teams back from furlough.

The time for crisis management and sharp pivots has passed and we are moving into a new phase in this rapidly changing landscape. Now is the time to focus on finding your new norm, adapting your business model, and aligning your services to meet the needs of the markets going forward.

With so much uncertainly still hanging in the air, many companies have suspended, abandoned, or changed their long term strategies in favour of short-term fixes. This is where the opportunities are right now to rebuild your client pipeline fast.
